• Check support before you need it. Send a simple question and see how quickly and clearly you get an answer.

Scams to avoid

• Look-alike websites. Only log in and pay on litbuy.com or LitBuy’s official app.
• “Discounted payment” offers. Anyone offering to pay your order for less, off-platform, is a scam risk.
• Private messages asking for codes or passwords. No genuine helper needs your password or a verification code.
• Secret coupon codes. The new-user savings come from signing up with an invite code, not from a hidden code sold in a chat.

Counterfeits and customs

Agents let you buy from millions of independent sellers, and some sell counterfeit branded goods. Buying them can break import laws in your country, and customs can seize the parcel, which usually means losing both the item and the shipping cost. Buy only what’s legal to import where you live.
